The meeting will be held at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs® Area, and is about 18 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO). 

Tuesday, September 29
Arrive by 4:00 pm
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Dinner

Wednesday, September 30
7:00 am - 8:00 am: Breakfast
8:00 am - 11:00 am: Meeting
11:00 am: Geopier Team Event

*Dress Code For Geopier Team Event: Casual attire, comfortable walking shoes/tennis shoes, shorts, hat & sunblock recommended.

Morning Departures 

*Guest rooms for early arrival and late departure can be coordinated with Geopier. Attendees are responsible for the hotel charges for the extra night(s).
